Its aroma is soft, sweet, floral with notes of fruit, spices, black peppercorns and agave. The smooth, clean and balanced flavor has hints of sweet prune and roasted pepper. 1800 Blanco has a medium finish with a fruity fade of pepper. It is best served neat, cold or on the rocks.
